Is this normal? I would never do such a thing in real life but lately I've been dreaming off slashing my wrists, overdosing on sleeping pills, jumping off of a building, jumping in front of a bus and all of those violent stuff. I don't like those dreams and I want them to go away!
I don't know if its normal but it doesn't lead to good places! You might find they stop or at least become less frequent when you get your head round some of the issues you're dealing with at the moment.
Well, I have only come to terms with the fact I am gay since last month. Maybe I am grieving or something?
Could be. If you feel like everythings getting away from you and you are losing control dreams like that tend to come up. I used to dream the I was removing all the skin and muscle from the chest and shoulders with one of my knives for a while, then I worked some stuff out in therapy and it's not come back since. If it doesn't go away soon though I would consider talking to a doctor about it, even if you are confident you wouldn't actually go through with it, the dreams can have a lasting effect on your state-of-mind that can really mess you up!
maybe it's something you realise you DON'T want. last night i had a dream i scoffed up a bunch of chocolates and when i woke i up i was relieved i hadn't done that in real life (i'm cutting saturated fat you see )

I have them maybe a few times in a couple of months and it's the same on where I'm on twitch a live streaming place and I'm on camera and I shoot myself infront of hundreds / thousands of people but I'm scared to go see someone as they might see it as a danger to myself :/ they are horrible I hope they stop for you <3
