So I was looking through my school year book (I rarely ever look at those) and noticed that the seniors were all wearing the same thing. Guys were wearing the same black suit and Girls were wearing the same black dress. I looked at older yearbooks and it was the same thing. I asked my friend about it and she said that it's a requirement that male students wear the suit and female students wear the dress. Now i don't think I have to deal with this for another year, but it's still worrisome. So my question is can they enforce this? Is it like this for all high schools? If so any ideas on how to get out of it without raising suspicion?
Personally I'd just go in wearing whatever I felt most comfortable. Wear a suit of you feel it's more you. Maybe wear something black? Is there a teacher or someone you could talk to about it? Xx
