So there's this guy i work with that got hired about a month ago. And we haven't really talked a lot besides small talk here and there. But last week i was cleaning (a part of my job) and he walked past me then turned around and came back. We talked for at least 15 minutes. Ever since then he's been really helpful. I really didn't think anything about it. But a couple of day's ago i noticed when he came in to work he had on like a rainbow-color bracelet. He's been wearing it ever since then. Now i want to say something to him but i don't know what say or even how to bring it up. What should i do or say?
Why not just start a conversation about his bracelet? The reason why people were LGBTQ accessories is to have others notice and start a conversation. Its unlikely at this day and age that he is wearing it out of complete coincidence.
