I've been having the worst couple of days I've had in a long time. I feel so angry and tense I'm gonna scream. Help guys.
Talking about it can be cathartic and likely could only help. It's good to let these things out instead of letting them build up over time. If you so choose, we'd listen and offer input where we can.
