I need a break.. I've had so much going on lately. Whether it be just school, issues with me bein gay and coming out, relationship stuff, and just in general life and friends. I'm emotionally and physically exhausted. What can I do to rest? To reset and feel better? What's something that might be able to help me out a bit so I can recharge? Thanks everyone!
Doing something you enjoy certainly helps: Drawing, writing, painting, etc. If you like being outdoorsy you could always go out for walks and just enjoy some of the fresh air and not worry about whatever is going on in your life for however long.
