I am talking to a great guy who does not know I am not out.

I have met a really cool guy at a bar a few weeks ago, and we have been talking ever since. He is out, and I think he assumes that I am too. I avoided adding him to my Facebook, because I am afraid he might make a gay comment on my page. Should I just tell him that I am not out yet?

You could tell this guy that if you and him talk on Facebook, anywhere public shouldn't mention that you are gay. He should understand, and the same goes if you don't want anything about it being said in the conversation over Facebook between you and him.

    I hope this helps.

Yes, I would mention to him that you aren't out yet. It's a good piece of information to know for various reasons.

He was probably there, once. So he should understand. Tell him, safer that way.
