Social anxiety is a real headache and I know how it feels.

It takes some effort. I think to push yourself to make yourself confront the fear a piece at a time.

It might need the assistance of a CBT therapist if it is seriously affecting your day to day life?

    Ahh.. OK.

    Then you can

Read up about social anxiety on the web
Or check "social anxiety" on YouTube also for some interesting blogs
Or get self-help books on this too. The books will give you exercises to do - and self monitoring techniques.
Or you can see a school counsellor about it.
Or ... you can tell your folks you just want to "discuss it" with your doctor and see what the doctor says

You don't want to suffer in misery on your own if it is getting you down.

Also share it more on EC - I bet others have it on EC too !
