Since the age of 12 (which happens to be when I started to interact with other gays), I have wanted to do drag. I've experimented with makeup in the past, but never actually done drag. But recently, I finally got a chance! I'm going to a party a while from now with some of my close friends, and they thought it would be a cool idea to do drag and participate in a dance competition that'll happen at the party. I think this is a good oppuritunity to start doing drag on occasion (even though I'm fairly young). I was originally going to do an Amanda Bynes look, but now I'm just going for a ghetto-ish pop star look. Any tips for a teen doing drag?

When you say 'drag' are you talking dress to look like a girl, or dress to look like a man dressed as a girl?

Since you probably don't have a beard, go simple with skinnies and a shirt and with eyeliner and possibly light makeup. Don't try to go all out at first. Maybe wear heels but try casual at first.

If you're brave a skirt and leggings.
