"Golden Showers"

    Only because me and my girlfriend somehow got on the topic...I wondered a couple of things.

    What is a golden shower exactly?

    Do you personally find it appealing?

    Is it degrading for the person being urinated on?

    Health risks?

    Just wondered..

    yeah I feel the same way not for me i would think it is a very submissive act on the part of the one being peed on or an overt act of the one performing the act IMHO not something i am into

    If you are getting another person's bodily fluids IN you, there is certainly a risk of STD transmission. If the "golden shower" is only external (ON you), I would say there is very little risk.

    Jesus, that's so disgusting.....of course, there are risk of health problems if some of it gets in you. Are we humans or some kind of animals who need to pee on everything?

    I would never take part in a golden shower. It just seems so degrading to me. Plus It's just nasty and disgusting. Call me a prude, but if someone asked me to do that, that would be the end of our relationship.

    It's all about fetishes, what you are into and the mood you are into.
    If I'm in the right mood, I'd let someone do it to me, but never pass the neck up.
    My ex, though, loved to drink it, and as some have asked, no there is no danger in drinking it, otherwise Bear Grills would be super sick or worse :lol:

    As far as body fluids go, pee is usually going to be the safest one (apart from sweat). It's still possible to transmit things via pee, although at a relatively low risk. It's not something you really want to be getting on you from a health perspective but people are willing to share saliva and cum... so make of that what you will.

    I honestly don't know how I feel. I've never had a golden shower, and peeing on someone doesn't even sound hot to me. But my GF said she was curious so yeah.

    As long as you and your partner are std free, pee is relatively sterile. It's supposed to be degrading. It's a type of domination called humiliation. Most people who are into it are into other bdsm stuff as well.

    "Golden shower" get's it's name from the color of the substance you are being showered with which is urine. And urine is gold colored.

    This is an interesting topic for sure.

    TBH...I've always been a little curious about this, and if the right person asked me I'd probably be okay with doing it...hell I'd probably enjoy it.

    To your question: I think pee is sterile, but that doesn't necessarily mean safe I guess.
