    So my kid, teenager (14) acted not welcoming to my girlfriend tonight.., any advice for helping her adjust better???

    Try to talk to her and see why she acted the way she did. See if there's anything you can do to make the next time they meet more comfortable.

    Hi there! I would agree with mobrien1993. Try speaking with your daughter and ask her as to how she feels about your girlfriend, and what you could do to help her to adjust.
