So my mom has been bringing up conversations about homosexuality more than usual. I'm not sure if it's because of this new show she's really in to (the show is heavily centered on homosexuality) or if she somehow knows my little secret. Today she got specific though. She brought up bisexuality. I'm even more worried about coming out to her because she made a statement about how everyone said they were bisexual in Highschool when she was there and how it is just a phase. I know I would definitely have her support if I came out as a lesbian, oddly enough. I'm not completely sure how she feels about bisexuality. I'm wondering if there is a way to bring up some conversation to see if she already knows without her knowing what I'm doing?:help:

Maybe you can talk to your mom about celebrities who identify as bisexual and gauge how she feels about them. While or after you guys watch the show, talk to her about it. That way you're testing the waters in context so that you don't arouse suspicion. From there, you can decide what to do next.

Moms usually figure things out without us realizing it. They know stuff long before we tell them about it. My guess is she at the very least suspects, and is also testing the waters in the hopes that you will come out to her and confirm her suspicions. I hope she takes it well if and when you decide to come out to her (*hug*)
