Yea a law of physics has been broken and I've managed to get a date from online dating. Does anyone have any advice on how not to mess it up?

Online dating is fine as long as you go into it with an open mind and don't build your expectations too high. I'm not saying that to be negative, it's just that I've heard of too many people getting carried away with online dating and ending up with hurt feelings when it didn't turn out as expected.

I'm assuming for safety, you are meeting in a public place? Turn up to your date and make an effort, then just see how it goes. Always meet on the basis of friends first though. If you both hit it off and find each other attractive you can move things on from there, but even if there is no attraction you can at least enjoy each others company on the date.

    Hope it goes well.

If you want to, that's fine, but I'd prefer to share the costs.
