I'm kinda worried, I met a guy on ****** and we kinda willy nilly scheduled a date for tomorrow night. Thing is, I've never been on a date with a guy, much less one I don't know personally. Anybody have any tips for me? Should I be cautious about it? He said a condition was that sex wasn't on my mind which it isnt, but I'm kinda scared because I live in the classically homophobic Kansas.
Nothing like good ol' Kansas to ruin any and everything for us homosexuals! Be cautious of the typical things (date-rape drugs, serial killers, tornados, just kidding), but don't let that interfere with getting to know him. Offer up some personal stuff, and listen to his. Meeting someone that you don't know at all has its benefits. For one, you more than likely won't run out of things to talk about. You have plenty of things to choose from - School, work, family, pets, hobbies, vacations, etc. I assume this guy is your age?
I haven't done anything so I can't really offer any advice, but good luck! I hope it goes awesome for you.
