On my left thumb it's just so fucked up. I mean I pick at it all the time which is a nasty addiction. And it hurt I've cut some skin off and I have some that's ready to peel with a tad of blood I've been putting lots of band aids on it bc it hurts so bad what should I do?
I do the same thing. It does really hurt, I know. Put a proper bandage on it and wait for it to heal. It should stop hurting enough to be bothersome after a couple of days.
.. As an incentive, next time you are messing with it remind yourself it's a bit of a turn off, all that redness / loose skin etc !! Use creams and trim back any small bits you are likely to bite or pick at .. Good luck!!
