Hey, I'm pretty much out to all my friends (about 14 people) and the whole school pretty much knows or speculates which does daunt me but I've sort of accepted it. My parents however do not know except my brother. So, four of my friends who are in the year above have asked me to come out and I love them to pieces! They have accepted me for who I am, they love who I am and they are so supportive and good friends overall. So, they've invited me over to one of their houses with a couple of other people who I don't know personally but in short some of them are really hot and gay  However, I'm not really keen on drinking and my friend did ask me "do you drink?" and I replied "I don't really like the taste" but I don't want my friends thinking I'm a killjoy or that I'm too conservative. I just have a really bad fear of going out with a bunch of people and drinking. Is there a reason for this or am I just scared?

It could be fear as you dont know who their friends are and don't know what they are capable of, I was like this with a few mates wanting me to go out drinking with all their friends, I told them no, but with my friends help I slowly got use to them by having a few drinks, get to know them more etc

There is some truth in what you say. I feel as if I'll cling to these four friends when all they would want to do is socialise with their other friends. I know that I'm really self-concious and insecure despite my friends telling me that I shouldn't be. The reason for this I use to be really overweight and I lost all that weight last year but all I see is the fat and disgusting body I use to have. So, I don't know if me being self-concious plays a part in this fear/anxiety but I have no solutions for it tbh.

It was amazing  Me and my friend got a bit frisky in bed and he told me I was beautiful and that my body was nothing to worry about because he thought It was hot. I feel so happy and it was a massive confidence booster, he's also really really really hot! Thanks for your help and everything, if it wasn't for your advice then I doubt I would have gone.
