How to make a difference in the lives of homeless LGBTQ youth?

As we know, up to 40% of homeless youth identify as LGBTQ, and they face higher suicide rates, are victims of more hate crimes, have a harder time getting accepted into shelters, are more likely to get involved in drugs/alcohol, and so many other things.
What are some things we can do to fix these issues? Lets get a discussion started!

Youth centers with hostels, counselors and preventative care available.

live in VERY small town near Erie PA.

localy we have persad. it has counselling and referrals for drs. ect. geared towards the lgbtq community.
