    Kind of a random question.

I have always found it hard to focus at work. It's even worse now that I spend so much time thinking about coming out! Any tips on how to be more productive?

It's hard to say without knowing what you do. For example, working in an office agains manual work both have their own unique challenges.

One thing I'd suggest is mixing up your tasks a bit to get some variety. If you do the same monotonous thing repeatedly, it'd easy to lose concentration and let your mind wander.

    Happy days

try to blank it out during work hours as best you can - mainly to give your brain a rest

it can help if your work is interesting/ challenging enough to keep you engaged with it… or make it more enjoyable
