Right now my back hurts if I move it's on the left side and if I stay still the left part throbs and even if I touch it it hurts really badly I'm trying not to cry bc it hurts so bad! I feel like I'm greeting stabbed in my lower back it's 2am now and I just don't know what to do I can't get up bc it hurts too much I can't even walk.

Can you go to the hospital? My mom had a kidney stone and they had to do an emergency surgery. Depending on the size, sometimes you can just pass them through your urine, but there's no way for you to know what size they are. If they are causing you that much pain it's worth it to see a doctor. My mom was doubled over in pain, throwing up and everything and once she went to the hospital she felt better the next day from what I remember.

Somehow get yourself to a hospital if it's really that bad.

I agree. Please visit the hospital. It sounds serious so it's better late than never.

Drink LOTS of water. You could just be dehydrated. Oh, and thanks for not failing at grammar.

Do you know the case for sure? Drink lots of water & get to the hospital if you're just assuming it's the mattress!

I definitely would not assume it to be a kidney stone from back pain. A poor mattress, bad posture, and a pulled muscle would all be probably factors. Additionally, if you ever experience cramping or sharp pains in the chest, back, or stomach; it would be a good idea to lay down with a carbonated drink. Millions of patients storm hospitals annually grasping at their chest or clutching their backs only to get tested and find out that it is merely a case of bad gas. When air gets trapped in certain areas of the body, the pain can be immense.
