Is it possible to lose weight and get a more feminine body while still having enough muscle to lug jet parts around for the navy?

Well the obvious thing for me to do would be to ask how many women there are lugging jet parts around for the navy at the moment...

Yes they do, but if there are women who do the job and have the figure, then you know that it's technically possible...

Depends what you actually want to achieve...I mean I would have thought part of it would involve having muscles that are smaller, but still powerful, which I'm led to believe is possible but I just don't know enough about it to be able to comment I'm afraid.

Sleep with a belt on your waist. Like whenever you aren't in public, put the belt on to shape it. I did that for a while cause I wanted my shape to be even curvier.

Work on the bottom half of your body more to give yourself thicker legs. So you can seem small on top.

If you want small arms and shoulders, but still want to be strong, just get toned and firm. Don't buff out.

    Those are possibilities?

Oh, the belt needs to be tight, but loose enough to breath.

Yeah, interesting on the wait, I have no fat on my waist... just a small beer belly hiding a small six pack lol

Haha well the belt isn't to lose weight. It's to shape. Or you can start waist training? That takes a lot of time though.

    Corsets and waist cinchers.

Not a lot of people are interested in corsets though. (I am)

Waist clincher? And does.a corset.actually help with long term shape? I have access to one and I could wear it nightly, but not outside of my room
