Don't call yourself bitchy! You're just irritable. There's a difference. Only bitches can be bitchy, and I don't think female dogs can type coherently yet.

    Serious answer:

    Are you on estrogen?

(I've done a little light researching, so please excuse me if I make any mistakes.)

If you skip a few doses or take estrogen on an irregular pattern, this may cause PMS symptoms, which, you've guessed it, include irritability. Believe me. I've experienced PMS before. I think every one who has or had periods has.

If you don't take estrogen, have you, perhaps, gotten into a spat with someone? Sometimes you think you got over it, but I, for one, can still get angry at an argument after a month have passed. It's weird, but possible.

You can also blame it on the season or recent temperature changes. SAD, or seasonal affective disorder, can cause this. It's a type of depression, and while people associate depression with sadness, depression can also contain a lot of irritability.

But, don't take my word for it. I'm just giving you some possible explanations. I'm not quite sure what's happening in your life right now, so I can't give any specific advice, especially if it's personal to you, and specific advice is pretty important. So many factors can affect you.

Best of luck. Hope I helped, if only just a little.
