I have finally made the first step by going to see a therapist for the first time.

I'm hoping that they help me get rid of my suicidal thoughts over time but am proper scared about what they are going to be like are they gonna be nice or the scary type which I sometimes I hear about. Just thought I would let you all know how I am getting on.

    Hey - Keep us posted.

If they are any good they will be the nice type. They should be trained to listen carefully and be empathetic.

If they are anything like scary type.. get a new one !!

    Good luck!

If you think they aren't nice, go see another one. Some people take a while before they click with a therapist, so don't give up so easily if this one doesnt work out. But hopefully this will lead to all good things. Hope you get the support you need.

I'm really pleased you are getting support to help you deal with these feelings. It's so important to have a positive outlet for everything you are going through.

If you find you don't gel with the therapist, don't give up. Fingers crossed, you won't need to seek another therapist, but if you need to, please do
