I'm pretty sure it's fabulous to wear concealer. I've been too chicken to try any real make-up before, but now I want someone to teach me.
I totally get what you mean about feeling awkward. Something to get used to if you want to go out the way you want though.

Yeah I think it's fine. My brother used to wear a little concealer so I don't think it's too uncommon.

I think it's okay  Some people would argue against me, but honestly I don't understand how it's anyone elses business. I think that if you want to you should do it!

Drinking purified water, and eating and sleeping healthily (especially avacados!), will improve your complexion better than concealer can. Having said that, yes I do think it's getting more 'acceptable' nowadays, for guys to wear a bit of make up, too. I see such things on Youtube. When I've next got the funds, I'm actually going to purchase some concealer, make-up etc, I wish to enhance the appearance of my eyes...to look more androgynous for when I go out dancing. hehe.

Hardly even counts as makeup. I don't use it now, but I have and didn't even think of it as unmanly. I've never met a person who would rather look at bad skin.

Great to hear, but non LGBT members are far more narrow minded:frowning2:

I wore it today and for some reason it gave me a real confidence boost and no one noticed seeing as i borrowed my mums new one as we have the same skin tone hahahahha

I think i might buy myself some one day,
    Its really good!

I dont understand why it should bother anyone else though:frowning2:

I think it is fine for guys to wear makeup, if it will make you more confident then go ahead! A few posts seem to be encouraging but want to learn/don't know how... search it on YouTube, there are a bunch of tutorials, including ones for guys/by guys.

    Thanks for the post,
I will check them out now

I Actually know a really "straight" macho sorta guy who admit led to using it...but then on the other hand he watches don't tell the bride all the time lol

Just a thought, where on earth would I buy it from?

Of course! It's not really makeup, and my mother forces some into me before every concert or party.

If you have a really low budget (like me lol) you can try going to a drugstore or Target. They both have a small makeup section with concealer ranging from $3 to $15. If you want a really good quality concealer, then I'd order online from a big name company such as MAC or buy it from sephora (warning: usually becomes over $20). Hope this was at least a bit helpful. I'd give you my concealer if I could (shade was too light :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:). <<which bring me to one more thing. When you're going shopping, bring a friend with you so that he/she can tell if the concealer fits your skin tone. Bringing a girl also helps if you're embarrassed about buying it as you can just blame it on her.
That's all for now folks, good luck! <3 xoxo

Totally ok, I used it when younger to cover whatever spot I got, I would usually use my sister's, however eventually I did get one for myself, as Robins suggested I went with a girl friend to help me pick one that would suit my skin tone and buy it for me.

Now, I would apply it very carefully to make it hard to notice, however I did get caught a couple of times by friends who asked me if I was wearing make up which I dismissed saying it was an anti-acne film which was skin-colored, I dunno if they bought it but they never made a big deal out of it.
