Thinking of starting an LGBTQ club but no idea how!

So my college supposedly has a Queer Student Union club. It's listed on the club page with an email address, it has a FB page, etc, but nothing has been updated since 2012, and my emails to the address went without response.

Once the fall quarter starts up, I'm planning on going into the Diversity Center and seeing if I'm just missing something, but if not, I kinda wanted to look into getting it up and running again.

The only thing is: I've never attended a QSA type of club before, so I have NO idea what goes on. Discussions? Activities? ?? ?????

I don't want to take this on if I don't know what to do, so I'd love some input!
