    Well I went on an interview for a new job 2 weeks ago , I've been calling the job the week after asking if they have anything and today I called and the Boss told me to come in and see him again on Monday . Is this a good sign ?

    It could be, I don't know any other reason why he would be calling you in.. But I agree. Don't get your hopes up just yet.. Just wait and see.
