    Hi guys!

I am getting all restless and want some kind of physical activity (it helps you know).

I'm thinking of basketball as I used to do it a lot some years back.
So I went to court this morning. forget a dunk, I couldn't even build my stamina to run.
I was panting all the way!

I could do with some warm up ideas on how I can get a little fitter here!

When I saw the title the first what came to my mind was "dribbling". Oops
Sorry, I have no warm up ideas for you, just wanted to say that I can relate. I started to do yoga after many years and realized how much less flexible my body actually is. It's gonna take some time but I hope it'll get better with practice. :icon_wink

Good to know that Paris!

I tried the ball again now!
Looks like I'm better with other "balls" than basketball these days.

    Whatta realization!

I think just get back into it and start practicing again.. The more you practice, the more it will start to come back to you.
