Might depend on which country you live in ...
I'm sure there are a lot of stores that exist here that don't in other countries.

If you're open to shopping online you could try amazon.com.

Good Will I know your probably thinking eww gross! But I have found SO SO SO SO much good stuff there. Also any other charity shops consignment shops may also be good but you have to watch out stuff is usually more expensive occasionally bordering on store price.

I like H&M, Uniqlo, Target, and Kohl's. From these, I'd say Target and Kohl's sell clothes at the cheapest prices. Raid the clearance racks at these places. I can't tell you how satisfying it feels to get stuff 80-90% off at Kohl's.

What's second hand stores got to do with gypsies? (pardon my ignorance)
Hard to say, but you look old enough to make your own decisions.

Gypsies think the clothes are dirty or they might have bad luck......it's weird....

In this culture your not old enough to make your own decisions until your parents are long gone.......

Seriously, try H&M. They have the coolest stuff! and it's usually very reasonably priced for what you are getting!

Marshalls in the States has a broad selection of high end brands at discounted prices. American apparel globally is inexpensive, but cool looking stuff.
