I'm not sure if I can personally help with your problem or not, but I will say that most of us here aren't easily shocked. The Advisers here have probably heard and seen it all before! If it helps, there's a Physical and Sexual Health section of the forum, if it's a health problem. Or if you're feeling really embarrassed or anxious, there's also an Anonymous forum where you can post without any personal details.
Yeah you can post anonymously, as Spartan117 suggested. Another option is that in your title, or in the beginning of your post, mention that you have some graphic details that follow, and that usually gives people a heads up to expect very specific details that not everyone may want to know. If you do decide to post what you would like you can also do this: Spoiler So that if people really wanted to know, they would do it at their own discretion.
