Even though I'm 22 I can't stop wetting the bed. But also I have to wear a diaper 24/7 because anytime I get scared or nervous I wet myself. Not just a little, I mean my whole bladder just empties. I need to find a way to stop this, it's so embarrassing.
I would definitely talk to your general physician about this. He or she might recommend a specialist. I know one thing you can do is strengthen the sphincter. Next time you urinate stop mid flow and then start again. Do this a few times every time you go.
Ive tried, but I literally can't stop mid flow. It just comes out and I cant stop until it's done. I'm afraid this could be a side effect of trying to cut "it" off when I was 13.
