I'm sorry to hear you are alone. Do you have any friends or family nearby. Just remember there is a difference between being alone and being lonely. I hope this passes soon for you. Just breath.

Well I made it through the day! Believe me it was really difficult. My friends were busy with their families and my family did not want me!! BTW-Alone and lonely! Thanks for the encouragement!!

I've spent a lot of birthdays and Christmas on my own, the first time I felt awful, the second time I decided to take action, look for a recipe, cook for myself and watch one of my favourite films. Life changes... This year I wasn't on my own, never thought it would happen, but it did. My best wishes to you! (*hug*)
