    hey guys

im having a crisis...again. I am sititng next to my girlfriend and surpressing any affection to her. She recently has been getting angry at me and has been isolating herself from me. We are all we have left...

I'm sitting next to her trying my best to not break down crying into her arms because she is dealing with another persons problems. I feel like we are drifting apart...

I've been self-harming again and i feel like im at my wits end. Death doesn't look so bad at the moment...

I'm new here, but you can message me if you need to talk.
Have you told your parents about your self harming? You could see a counselor, which really helped my friend who was depressed. There are lots of LGBT suicide hotlines you could call as well. Sorry, I'm not very good at this.

Reach out and talk to someone.
    The Trevor Project
    GLBT National Help Center

People on those lines are more than willing to listen and help.

    Look for counseling.

    you could distract yourselves...
    playing a game...

you could talk to some people on EC...

It may depend on who you talk to.. there are different people there.

And try the other line... its lgbt people there.

You can go to a doctor, who can refer you to a counselor.

Or you can talk to a counselor at school, there should be counselors there.

Is there a GSA at your school ? You might go there, or to a GSA of another school.

You should also talk to your parents...
and you might have a look here:

    Try some of the distractions...
    having a nice hot chocolate...

    but reach out ...

Well go to the high school gsa then...
if you do not trust the school counselor, you could go to another teacher you trust.

when we feel so hurt we think suicide would be a better option. But that assuming death ends all suffering. Do you even talk to any ghost? I'm sure if you do they will tell you life is precious no matter how horrible you feel right now. Now if you think about it, do we really die. Rather yet we were never born so how can we die. We transform from one body to the next. So your suffering now, plus the suffering of killing yourself + self harm that just adds to it. Then what happens next? Live, Die, Repeat- don't you just hate reincarnation? Please read Brian Weiss "same soul, many bodies" i hope it will help you as it helped me.

Lilstar04 that rationale of thinking is dangerous when a person needs help they don't want to hear their pain is gonna carry over to the next life I know I have tried many times to kill myself I have been in the ER so many times for cutting just one person can make a difference I found my solace in myself knowing that who I am today doesn't mean I will be the same tomorrow you just have faith in yourself and the rest will fall into play
