My two brothers, Rhys (16) and Callum (10) both have severe autism, and Callum can only communicate through loud sounds. They have support workers already but I still get worried for them. How do I stop being so worrisome?

Do you have a counselor ? You might talk to them.

You could do what you feel is your part... and hope everything is ok... being watchful but not anxious... kind of a more relaxed attitude...
and you could talk to the support workers if you feel something is amiss...
and you could do something you like from time to time (within reason)...
