I've posted before about friend zone and I was perfectly happy being there but something happened and I think I've ruined that. A couple weekends ago I had a breakdown(i suffer with a mental health issue) I thought I was being laughed at rediculed, i attacked someone a bloke. Now the female i friendzoned by was there, she although knows I'm ill, I think she believes I did it out of jealousy cause she was talking to this bloke. I don't know how to build bridges?
This is really a tricky situation. I would recommend you talk one on one with your friend and apologize. I would try to make it clear for the reasons why you did this and try to clearly explain it to her. Hopefully she will understand you. I really hope it all works out.
