Yeah, sometimes. It's sort of like walking by someone when it's too dark to see, then wondering whether it was someone you know... how likely do you think that is?

Very low. Even if most of my friends speak English, I have no idea what would bring them to this site. I stay vague enough about personal stuff on here to not have to worry about it, anyway. Being pretty much out, I wouldn't really care if someone offline knew I was on an LGBT forum, but I have posted about crushes and relationships and that could get a little embarrassing -- again, I've been vague enough, so no worries there. I think in general it's a good idea to be careful what you put on the internet, anyway. It's here to stay. It would be funny if one of my friends was on EC... but I doubt I'd ever find out.
Has anyone ever thought that your mom was actually on here and posted in the Parents thread? Imagine this, reading a post and you start thinking, that sounds oddly familiar. Mom? Is that you? Awkward~ Good thing my mom isn't good at English.
