If you want to go the dildo route, you need an anal dildo (do NOT get a vaginal one!), lots of lube and a way to sterilize it - I would recommend a condom as it makes cleanup easier. If you're using your fingers, again lube & maybe a condom is recommended for easy cleanup. Start slow and gradually build up speed and intensity. You need to get used to the sensation and don't want to hurt yourself.
