So i cried for the first time in years...

    And it felt good to cry and i am very thankful to have had my best friend with me who hugged me and helped to calm me down and i have question since i have been incredibly tired all afternoon and am wondering if the sudden letting go of all that pent up emotion had anything to do with it?
