I'm going to be identifying as male next year and I will be a freshman. How will I approach the bathroom situation during my "time of the month?"
you could just take a little bag with you and dispose it later on, i know it isn;t the best solution but it might work
I would imagine you could potentially speak with the school nurse, and disclose everything to him/her? Use their bathroom, from experience in school here, nurses have private bathrooms.
I think the school nurse thing that the poster above me mention would or if your school has singled seated gender-neutral or wheelchair accessible bathroom you could use that.
This must sound silly, but I've also had a habit of, uh... taking my bowel movements in the librarians bathroom. Although it was not a single-person bathroom, a key had to be signed out, so it was very private. I had used it as it was very clean.
