I'm starting college and have really bad social anxiety, I don't know how to talk to ppl, or even my roommate, everywhere I go I feel suffocated

I recommend looking into what resources your college has to offer for support. Also, finding clubs/events you are interested in and slowly easing your way into things.

As someone who suffers from Agoraphobia I completely understand extreme social anxiety. flyawayfree is absolutely right about looking into resources that your college might have to support you!

You might also consider going into therapy and talk it out with a professional, it could help you greatly! With all that said, you're not alone! Take it one step at a time and you'll be okay.
