So tomorrow is the first meeting and Im really nervous. My straight friend is going with me but I am still worried it will be like the GSA I went to before. They made us introduce ourselves and say why we were there and it was just really awkward. I just want to sit and listen. Im scared I might get there and decide not to go in. Also Im lying to my mom so that a I can go without her knowing so I feel bad about that.
Good luck! I hope it turns out great for you - I know what awkward gsa groups can be like when they just don't work for you. There's normally at least one Lovely Person there.
I went today and I liked it! I am excited about going to the next meeting. thanks I stood outside the door forever because I was nervous to go in but it was ok lol
