So i have noticed that recently when i watch a funny youtube video i tend to quickly leap up to really hard and this often happens when a friend tells a joke as well and i also seem to be guaranteed to enter a sad spell every week for the last three weeks thursday being the easiest day for me to enter one. Should i be concerned?
