Not sure if this the right area to post this.. But I havn't ever felt like this ever over anything, and it's really odd. The break up wasn't that bad either. We left it as probably being friends and that's all it will stay, but for now I guess could say it's going to be awkward for awhile. I can usually listen to music, play video games, house or yard chores and pull myself out of any particular mood I am in and none of this seems to work at all. It doesn't help that I have a cold at the moment either but still ive never felt this numb over anything. Any advice or ideas that have helped you get over that feeling?
I think what you're feeling is totally normal because I've felt the same way after a break up. It's a coping mechanism to deal with the break up. And I'm sure you'll start to feel like your old self soon, just give it time.
Thank you pinklov3ly, I sure hope so. it makes things complicated thats for sure. DanDan, I'm sorry your friend is going through that. I hope things pick up and get better for her and she is able to find a place soon.
