    Sorry for interrupting the general support forum to moan about my issues but it's literally been such an awful week and I can feel all my old, horrible feelings of inadequacy and self-dislike returning and overwhelming me and everything seems awful at the moment.

    Please can someone give me a hug, or tell me something good, or...anything really? :frowning2:

    (*hug*) Hugs to you! I'll pass on the one I got from a toddler at the retail job I work evenings at. It was timed perfectly to snap me out of my blue streak, and I hope it helps you too! (*hug*)

    (It was super cute. She was just old enough to do that run/walk thing that looks like they're going to fall over all the time. Her mom let her out of the cart while looking at an item, and she was watching me sort things and retag stuff. Then her mom called her over to leave and she ran up and hugged me real quick before following her family down the isle.)

    Somehow. God knows how. Or how much longer I'll spend having to 'get through' stuff. Surely there must be an end somewhere?

    Even if you can't currently see it, there is always an end to tough times. There is always hope for a better day. You will get through this, (whatever this may be) and you will feel better.

    I'm just on the other side of a really tough time too. You can do it! Even if it feels like you're being torn apart those feelings will pass. (*hug*)
