I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that the human race is flawed and people are generally predisposed to hating that which they do not understand. You won't be able to understand because their reasons for hating you won't make any sense.
The sad fact is that sometimes the hate simply will not stop. But there are ways to deal with it. I mean, every famous person has haters, and they don't let that get to them. Remember this: Those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.
It honestly sucks... It doesn't mean everybody hates you though. You have a lot of good things to offer, and people will start seeing that. I know how you feel- I was bullied in gym too, for being unathletic and having excessive body hair compared to most girls, and well, I hurt myself and starved myself and it wasn't good. Just remember, you're worth it and it'll get better one day, as hard as it is to hear... You may or may not be the type of person who will resort to self-harm, but I just wanted to say not to get hurt. It's not wirth it. (*hug*)
