The Emotional Equivalent of Watching Paint Dry

    As the title says, I felt the first real emotion today in months and it was sorrow at just how miserable I am at school. The rest of the time I am the emotional equivalent of watching paint dry, bland with nothing going on. It's frustrating. Advice?

    Find something at school you enjoy. Find a peaceful spot where you can observe others. It's spring. Go outside at recess and enjoy the sun.
    Let yourself enjoy it.
