On your job application, will I be seen as a liar or will they get angry if I put, "male" as my gender, or if I am pre-surgery and have my preferred name I want to change? According to some articles, I have to apparently change my gender surgically before I can legally change my gender before court...that seems very unfair because mot people dont have money to pay for top surgery or bottom surgery! Is there anyone here that went through this or knows anything about it? I'm very worried and anxious about it, since I dont know how I'll make enough money and will have to deal with being pre-t while getting enough money for it already when I get old enough for a job. =(

Put whatever gender you'll be presenting as on the job on the application. But like, is it necessary to specify? I don't put a gender on my CV.
