So, I have a strong feeling that my source of depression is due to, or at least linked to, my current gender. I'm open about my sexuality, but I've kept this issue online only, because I don't want to rush but my patience is diminishing... I'd be grateful for advice and tips on how to handle/identify gender dystopia... Or how to accept it. Thanks lots

It could be that your depression is linked to dysphoria and being trans*. What do you feel that could classify as dysphoria? What makes you think what you're feeling is dysphoria?

    Well, thing is
    I'm not trans :/
I'm not even on hormonal therapy. But I feel being who I am now, Thomas, isn't who I really am...

You don't need to be on hormones to be trans at all; you just need to be trans. Do you feel like a woman? Or maybe just not like a man?

I definitely feel more like a woman. I've been feeling this way since 2012, and its only been getting stronger.

Do you feel like a man, too? Or do you just feel like a complete woman? Also, do he/him pronouns bother you or make you uncomfortable?

I almost completely feel feminine . And yes. But I put up with it in real life because I'm to scared to say something. But online, everyone thinks I'm a girl.

    And it feels right.

Then I'd say you're probably transgender. And that's ok. I can't really give you tips on dealing with dysphoria, since I don't even know myself, but you can post on my wall if you need to talk with someone. You have more than 10 posts now, so EC will let you post on someone else's wall now. I want you to know that you are beautiful and wonderful, no matter what gender you were assigned at birth (*hug*)
