I'm applying to grad school to study music, and this week I'm traveling to a university to have an interview with the faculty. Naturally, I'm very nervous about it.

Does anyone have advice on how to prepare for it?

My teacher told me in my public speaking class that an easy way to get rid of stress, and nervousness is taking a deep breath in and counting out loud or under your breath until you run out. It was a pretty good technique to get rid of stress.

Two other common things to get rid of stress and worries is meditation and adult coloring book surprisingly. It's a good way to get out all of your unwanted feelings. At least from what I've seen.

I wish you luck in your endeavor and hope everything goes to plan.

    Stay strong friend!
