I get stuffy nose when I lie down, but only when I lay down (more specificically when I sleep). Could be a number of things, like my carpet, bed, etc. I do use a nasal spray, but any home remedies you guys can suggest?
Low allergenic bedding for a start. I found I had a lot of congestion and had to move my bed away from the outside wall. How damp is your house, more specifically, your bedroom?
