Hey, I'm going to the national deca conference in about a month or so and I want to make friends with others online before the conference but I never know how to start talking to people/potential friends online. Any tips? Thanks
Maybe do a google for the conference and see if it is being talked about? Maybe on FB? Note that even if there are others in here going, you can't exchange any personal details as you are not a full member. Personal details can only be exchanged via private message, and only full members can communicate that way.
I know of some people on Insta and twitter that are going I just don't know how to start a conversation without being awkward
