Yes, i like the contrast of dark hair and light eyes. My eyes are blue-grey and I just dyed my hair black (at least some kind of black, it's more an unidentifiable black-purple-red). My first driving instructor had dark hair and really light blue eyes, he was sooo hot. *-* But unfortunately he was an a*****e, too. xD
As much as I shouldn't have favourites... the black hair and blue eye combination I find absolutely stunning (most of the time). However, it really depends on the person. I'm of the opinion that any skin, hair, and eye colour combination can be beautiful. Attractiveness in these areas largely hinges on how these accentuate the person's natural looks (particularly face). And also, as the AP noted, personality affects perceptions. I once knew a guy with gorgeous, wavy black hair and electric blue eyes... But he didn't take care of himself at all, and was basically a douche.
It makes for a very innocent look which is really attractive to some people. Like others have said though, I can't base attractiveness off of solely looks - if their personality is ugly I can't see past that.
I have dark hair and blue eyes as do most of my family, it's attractive but not really important for any future partner to have.
People often say my blue eyes and (now, dyed) black hair are attractive. I find it attractive but not as beautiful as light brown eyes.
It's probably one of the few combinations I enjoy blue eyes on. Makes me think of winter, goth, and Northern Europe.
