So my mom will not get a binder for me and I do not have a debit or credit card so I can't order one online... So are there any materials you guys know of that I could use to bind? I know that Ace bandage and duct tape are dangerous and I never have and never will use those methods.
There are some free online binder programs. One of which is: FTME Free Youth Binder Program – FtM Essentials Or you can use a couple sports bras. I personally find the high compression sports bras from UnderArmour work great.
